A recovered addict himself, Jack sees the need for addicts to come to a place where they can begin to properly place guilt and shame in its rightful place and where they can begin to realize that addiction and alcoholism can be addressed, treated and overcome with the help of groups, one-to-one counseling, mediation, physical fitness, education, self-awareness, etc.

Pastor David "Two Dogs" Zamora
In 2003 he opened the Central California Training Camp, which treated men through a faith based drug and alcohol treatment center. He also went to work at the Lifestyle Impact and Foundation First Recovery Assistance Program, in Fresno, as a bilingual counselor.
Now he brings a hands-on involvement in drug and alcohol treatment to the Lake Arrowhead Treatment Center, with over 25 years of experience in training, counseling, intervention, one-to-one interaction, encounter groups and faith based programming.

Jack Green is the Director of the Lake Arrowhead Treatment center. Together with a skilled staff, Jack has led thousands to sobriety in the last 10 years. Grounded in his life of faith, Jack brings real wisdom and the reality of his own sobriety into a powerful treatment program.
Pastor David began working with victims of substance abuse in Southern California in the early 1990’s, working with faith based and Native American agencies.
Dr. Patel is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working in different mental health and medical settings for the past thirteen years. She obtained a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California in 2000 and then received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, where she specialized in child, adolescent and health psychology. Dr. Patel completed her pre-doctoral training in a forensic, dual diagnosis setting. She also served as a Post-Doctoral Scholar and Fellow in the Child & Adolescent Multicultural Training Program within the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco, where she worked with complex trauma victims and their families. Dr. Patel was selected to present her qualitative research findings on eating disorders at the Western Psychology Association Conference and the California Psychological Association Conferences in 2009. Her work at Sovereign Health of California involves provision of clinical services, program development and clinical training and supervision for psychology practicum, pre and post doctoral fellows.
